Reflections on the Korean folk village
The visit to the village was indeed an eye-opener one. We are open to see how life was like in a Korean traditional marketplace and we enjoyed a full sensory experience of local traditional crafts, arts and traditions. The Korean folk dance was entertaining and enjoyable. We were drawn to the lively movements of the male dancers and the colourful costumes. The other exciting part of it was watching a rather old Korean man balance on a rope. Not only he was able to keep his balance, he managed to entertain the crowd with his wits and extreme moves on the rope itself.
MI's kimchi trip!
